It’s the Business Process Outsoursing (BPO) that stands next to information technology for the rapid growth of our country's economy. According to the survey released by the NASSCOM (National Association of Software & Services Companies, BPO sector in India is growing steadily and could touch $10 billion in 2008. Some of the processes includes are HR process solutions, customer services, telemarketing services, finance solutions, knowledge services, technical support and mortgage processing. According to the study India's BPO revenue from finance and accounting, customer interactions and human resource administration added up to 89% of all industry revenue in 2005.From there on the BPO industry is booming and rapidly grown up in india until now(sep=2008) Just imagine the growth and the stand for the next year?
it is now a real question mark. The president elected for 'US' obama told to the citizen of America during his election compaign that he will curtail all the out sourcing which is currently on going in india.so now the industry is in a panic situation.but bpo's in india are feeling that he can not curtail the outsourcing in indian bpo's because the requirement is very large and they american BPO's has depend on us.anyhow let us wait and see.
